Ashlee Simpson finally opened up about the diamond ring that has been occupying her left-hand ring finger.
During the singer’s recent trip to Fuse TV to promote her upcoming album Bittersweet World, she admitted that it’s a promise ring from her boyfriend Pete Wentz and joked “No, I’m not pregnant.”
She added, “It just means that he hasn’t asked my dad yet.” (Joe Simpson was in the studio at the time.)
Meanwhile Ashlee’s released a statement saying that, “She is not engaged.”
