Nick Hogan Sentenced To Jail
Nick Hogan the son of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan was sentenced to jail by a judge in Florida on Friday in his tragic car crash last year that left his friend in a vegetated state ever since. He will begin serving time immediately.
Nick was sentenced to 8 months of jail, 5 years probation and 500 hours of community service after pleading no contest to reckless driving. In addition to that his drivers license will be suspended for 3 years, no alcohol for 5 years which he’s likely to violate and must complete his DUI school within the first year of probation.
According to Hogan’s lawyer, Nick is happy with the sentencing.
That’s the price he has to pay for spoiling someone else’s life.

I dont think that eight months in jail is a very good punishment at all. Ok so he also has to do some community service, cant drink and his license is suspended. The sentence should be that Nick goes to jail until the kid whos life that he ruined can hold a glass of water again. Nick got off way to easy and is a classic example of the untouchable status of semi famous people. Oh yeah and that fact that his dad is freakin HULK “douchebag” HOGAN helped him out alot. If some one else had done this the punishment would have been alot worse.
well he still lucky thats all he got for all that stupidity….and i bet his family is being sued millions of dollars for such DUMB stupid speeding…….i hope you learned your lesson and i hope you serve more years in jail so that you understand life is all about…..
I was sentenced to a 0-5 sentence for being behind on my child support! I learned alot from my incarceration and since my release I have paid my arrears in full and totally turned my life around. Things happen for a reason and hopefully Nick will use this as a positive lesson and find out about the value of freedom and human life. Do the right thing Nick!
Alot of excessively stupid stuff are done by regular joe’s everywhere and Nick’s is so trivial but still stupid. I have to admit it’s the unforseen outcome that is horid. He is some-what a celebrity hence the attention. Look at it this way. They never wanted it to happen and remember his car is a rear wheel drive and it hit a protruded object on the road, also since car is a rear wheel drive which exponentiates the impact of the direction of the car. Both the guy’s never wanted such an incident to occur regarless if alcohol was involved. If the car hadn’t hit that object it wouldn’t have ended the way it did. But next time if you have to drink, let someone else drive.
