The Disney star’s rumored boyfriend is identified as Thomas Sturges.

Anyone with 1/2 a brain can look at those photos and KNOW that’s NOT Miley Cyrus. Even if by some freakshow of a miracle it WAS her….she’s not doing anything wrong!
