Lynne Spears Insists Jamie Lynn’s Fiance to Sign Prenup
The pregnant and engaged Jamie Lynn Spears is said to be signing a prenup with soon-to-be husband Casey Aldridge because momma Spears (Lynne) is said to be insisting the pair to do so.
A source reveals that Lynne Spears isn’t going to let her girl to lose her money in divorce. She also said to be worried about Casey and is aware of rumors that he’s a cheater.
“The contract is already drawn up and ready to go. Lynne’s not sure marriage is a good idea, but she’ll go along with that if that’s what Jamie Lynn wants, as long as Casey signs the contract.”
He adds, “Lynne is keeping an eye on him. He doesn’t seem as committed to the relationship as Jamie Lynn.”

I think they will make a fantastic family. Casey and Jamie Lynn are being so mature about this whole thing that I think they will be great parents no matter how old they are.
I think that because they are so young, and dealing with one of the most emotionally trying situations children can be in, they should NOT be getting married now. I feel that they need to have their baby, set up a stable home environment, try living together for a while as a family, and after they adjust to the new life as parents then they should get married if their bond has heightened and their love grown stronger. You can put teenagers through childbirth and marriage at the exact same time, they will surely have serious issues. They need to take each life step one at a time and give eachother the support and time they need to deal with it properly. But of course, they will do what they want I suppose.
