Joe Jonas was seen holding hands with actress Chelsea Staub as the pair went for a shopping spree around 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica this past weekend.
The pair shared a bag of chips and appears to be having a good time together.
However, Joe’s rep insists they are simply good pals. “All the Jonas Brothers are friends with Chelsea. They met while working on the pilot for J.O.N.A.S.”
Chelsea starred in the family comedy Bratz and will soon be co-starring in J.O.N.A.S!, the new TV series starring the Jonas Brothers.
We bet all Joe Jonas’ fans are praying that his rep’s statement is true!

Okay, I really love joseph adam jonas so much, like when i saw this picture i nearly cried my eyes out…but i love him so much that i want him to be happy. im really happy he found someone that makes him happy..and chelsea is one LUCKY girl.and i hope she is very happy with him…….im not gonna say i hate her even though i kinda do but im just gonna say im glad he is happy…i dont know if they really go out but they were holding hands ect ect eating greenbeans lol. but its cool..me and him would be so perfect, we are crazy, goofy ect ect and both of us can sing..but if they truely are dating im such a jonas brother fan i wouldnt even mind…
