Heather Mills the gold digger everyone knew had promised $20,000 to provide new artificial legs for a young Russian mother, Maria Rybkina after tragically disabled in a train accident.

Unfortunately, Maria has not heard from Mills since she used her for the “kind Mills” photo op above.

Be aware that Mills promised Maria when he was still with Paul McCartney. It’s probably one of the many things she did to impress the Beatle legend.

What is $20,000 to her after ripping $50 millions off McCartney in their high profile divorce?
