   Michelle Trachtenberg, on the other hand, is stated to have signed a contract as a regular on the show, which may mean that she is coming back next season. It is a possibility that before Georgina was sent off to rehab/bootcamp, she contacted a hitman to take out Blair, as revenge. This hitman could very well be the handsome stranger Blair met at the airport.
