Hannah Montana Lesbian Photos Scandal

Photo of Hannah Montana aKa Miley Cyrus in a lesbian-play have been circulating on the internet this week.

The 15-year-old Disney sensation insists that those leaked photo were totally innocent.

“They’re nothing bad!” Cyrus told Z100 New York on Friday, right before her sold-out Best of Both Worlds concert at Nassau Coliseum.

“At first, I was really upset. It really sucks,” said the Hannah Montana star, who at one point exclaimed, “Look at me getting all upset!”

Cyrus says she’s used to all the attention, “I have to deal with that anyways.” But find the situation difficult for her lesbian friend, “This girl doesn’t even have to deal with that, and it’s so hard, and now she has to go to school and deal with this crap.”

“It’s two girls at a sleepover, and if all of a sudden that’s bad, then what is the world coming to?”

Jessica Alba Engaged to Cash Warren

Jessica Alba is pregnant and now she’s engaged to Cash Warren.

“Yes, I can confirm that they are engaged,” her rep tells Us Weekly.

Jessica was spotted with her engagement ring, in West Hollywood on December 26.

You won’t be expecting her wedding soon since Alba mentioned that “she doesn’t want to be pregnant in a dress!”

The pair broke off earlier this year in July after dating for two-and-a-half years but reunited in August and soon preggo.

Sources revealed that they split earlier because Jessica wanted to get married and Cash-man wasn’t ready.

Pregnant and engaged? How convenient!

t.A.T.u Singer Gives Birth

t.A.T.u singer Yulia Volkova gave birth to a baby boy, past Thusrday. The father of the child is a Russian millionaire named Parviz Yasinov.

This newborn is the second child for Yulia, who is already having a 3-year-old daughter named Vika with her previous husband.

t.A.T.u released the following statement on their official website.

“This morning at 6:35 AM (Moscow time) Yulia Volkova’s son was born. Weight – 3400 g, height – 52 cm. The birth went without any difficulties. Both mother and baby feel good.

Guys, thank you very much for all your congratulations! Some details.

The birth went fast and without any difficulties. Last night Yulia and Lena had a New Year party in a close circle of friends and their team. Yulia came home around midnight and was in bed by 2 AM, but at 4 AM she woke up realizing that the birth process started. Parviz took her to the hospital right away. So you see why the process went so fast – Yulia peacefully slept half of the time

Parviz was together with Yulia when she was giving birth, he didn’t leave her for a second and cut the cord off himself.

The boy looks a lot like Daddy – as it should be. Yulia and Parviz keep the baby’s name in a secret.”

Riley Is Selling Lindsay Lohan’s Personal Photos

Lindsay Lohan’s rehab loser ex-boyfriend, Riley Giles, is selling her personal photos taken when they paid were still together.

Riley have a well known photo agency to license the photos and broker his deals to all the celebrity magazines.

Dozens of magazine editors awoke to an e-mail from a well-known photo agency on December 26. The e-mail included several snapshots of Lohan in various states of undress, and boasted that the pics were “personal photos taken by Riley Giles while he was dating Lindsay Lohan.”

“Say what you will about their relationship, but I don’t think she ever imagined he would do this to her,” a source close to Lohan said.

Thats probably whats going to happen when you date someone you met in rehab. No nudy picture YET but who knows if he already have a sex tape in his safety.

Mischa Barton Arrested For DUI

Mischa Barton was arrested Thursday morning for DUI, driving without a license, possessing a controlled substance and possessing marijuana.

The 21-year-old actress, who starred on Fox’s teen drama “The O.C.,” was stopped at about 2:45 a.m when deputies saw her vehicle straddling the lanes and failing to signal for a turn.

“During Ms. Barton’s detention, it was determined that she was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage,” sheriff’s press statement said.

She spent about seven hours in the West Hollywood jail before being released on $10,000 bail. A court hearing was scheduled for Feb. 28.
Barton was set to host the opening of CatHouse at the Luxor this Saturday.

A rep for the lounge said Thursday evening: “We are aware of Mischa Barton’s incident last night, but at present she is still expected to host the CatHouse Grand Opening at the Luxor on December 29th.

On Friday however, sources revealed that Barton has pulled out and will not be kicking off the pre-New Year’s Eve party in Vegas.

Mischa just made it in time to join the 2007 Celebrities DUI club.

Paris Hilton Loses Inheritance To Charity

Paris Hilton’s 80 year-old grandfather, Baron Hilton has announced on Wednesday that he will be donating 97 percent of his $2.3 billion wealth to Conrad N. Hilton Foundation a charitable foundation founded by his father Conrad.

Remaining three percent calculated to be worth $69 million are said to be taxable.

Baron has eight children and 23 grandchildren and according to calculations by New York’s Daily News, Paris, who once foresaw a $100 million inheritance, is now likely looking at $5 million.

Paris who makes millions a year from her celebrity appearances and endorsements had no immediate comment on her grandfather’s bequest. According to Forbes magazine, the socialite earned $6.5 million last year.

In a statement, Barron Hilton said that his father, Conrad, had set the example and bequeathed 97 percent of his money to the charitable foundation, which the elder Hilton founded in 1944, “and I am proud to follow my father’s example.”

“We are all exceedingly proud and grateful for this extraordinary commitment,” said the head of the charity, Steven Hilton, who is Barron’s son and an uncle to Paris.

Baron Hilton, the 80-year-old son of the founder of the worldwide hotel chain sued to get his hands on half of Conrad Hilton’s fortune when Conrad left most of his money to the foundation when he died in 1979.

Lets hope younger Hiltons wont be following grandpa Baron’s proud move in the 70s. (Everyone probably wants a bigger cut)

Fergie and Josh Duhamel Are Engaged

Fergie and Josh Duhamel are engaged after dating for 3 years.

“Fergie called a lot of her girlfriends today to tell them the news,” a source close to the singer told PEOPLE. “She said they don’t know what kind of wedding they want yet, but that she is the happiest girl on earth.”

Josh’s rep would say only that they got engaged “recently,” but not on Christmas.

Fergie was showing off her huge engagement rock on her hand on Thursday.

Casey Is Not Father To Jamie Lynn’s Baby?

According to some magazine reports, Jamie Lynn Spears boyfriend, Casey Alridge is not the father of her baby.

Star magazine insists that the teenager may not be the dad - and that Spears’ friends and family think it is an older man who would face statutory rape charges.

Jamie Lynn’s family members told Star that they believe the real father is a much older executive at her TV show ‘Zoey 101′. Friends of Jamie Lynn mentioned, that she was no longer even seeing Casey.

Star magazine insists, “Casey is being paid off to be the family’s fall guy while the real father remains unidentified.”

They say the real reason is that an older man could be charged with statutory rape if revealed to be the father of an under-aged girl’s baby.

But in Jamie Lynn’s home state of Louisiana, Casey would escape charges because a 16-year-old can legally have sex with someone less than two years older than her. “Conveniently, Casey falls under the bar by just 26 days.

“The man many suspect is the father, however, would face charges and probably prison time if he were to come forward and admit he had sex with her,” Star magazine states.

The magazine quotes “two separate Spears family insiders” who believe the father is someone who works on Jamie Lynn’s kids’ show. “Jamie Lynn has been working on Zoey since she was 13,” one of the sources said. “In Hollywood, little girls grow up fast, and she is no exception.

“With everything that has gone on in her family, she needed someone to look up to. But the man she found seems to have completely taken advantage of her.”

Another family source added: “Some of us have doubts as to the legitimacy of the claim that Casey is the father.

“Before the news of the pregnancy, how often did you see them together?

“Jamie Lynn has dated Casey on and off over the past two years.

“But it was not steady. In fact, she was looking to date Kevin Federline’s brother about a year ago.”

“Jamie Lynn went through a time of partying, and Casey was just a part of that.”

Even Casey recently posted on his own MySpace that he was feeling “blah” about his love life, and added: “Me and Jamie are over…”

“Casey is a serial cheater who has lied to Jamie Lynn time and time again,” a close friend told the magazine. “This past spring, he was forced to tell Jamie Lynn that he’d cheated on her and gotten that girl pregnant.”

In fact, Star even insists Casey was openly dating yet another girl at the same time as he was supposed to be romancing Spears. “Yes, my sister is dating Casey - they’ve been dating for a while,” said Kevin Seals of his sister Whitney Seals.

“I know Jamie Lynn was real jealous about Whitney’s relationship with Casey.”

No matter who the father is, insiders believe the teen pregnancy will probably end Jamie’s career because Nickelodeon will having a hard time doing clean up for its clean-cut reputation.

“I cant think of any way that Nickelodeon could keep Jamie Lynn’s show on the air, said PR expert Michael Levine.

“If they do, advertisers will drop it like crazy. No advertiser wants to be associated with a minor getting pregnant.”
