Nick Hogan Sentenced To Jail

Nick Hogan the son of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan was sentenced to jail by a judge in Florida on Friday in his tragic car crash last year that left his friend in a vegetated state ever since. He will begin serving time immediately.

Nick was sentenced to 8 months of jail, 5 years probation and 500 hours of community service after pleading no contest to reckless driving. In addition to that his drivers license will be suspended for 3 years, no alcohol for 5 years which he’s likely to violate and must complete his DUI school within the first year of probation.

According to Hogan’s lawyer, Nick is happy with the sentencing.

That’s the price he has to pay for spoiling someone else’s life.

Hogan Divorce Gets Ugly

When Linda Hogan filed for divorce last week, she asked for half of everything Hulk own and child support for their 17 years old troubled son, Nick Hogan.

Hulk Hogan filed a petition yesterday to contest the custody and alimony claims. He says that his soon to be ex-wife can support herself and can help support their 17-year-old son, Nick.

Hogan’s petition, filed Wednesday under his real name, Terry Bollea, also said Nick is old enough to decide which parent he wants to live with but Linda’s petition state that she wants her home to be Nick’s primary residence, with Hogan allowed liberal visitation.

Nick’s would likely to be residing behind bars if he don’t manage to free himself off his charges of reckless driving after the August 26 crash that left his friend, John Graziano, in a vegetative state.

Nick Hogan turned himself in to Clearwater Police this morning on charges of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. He is currently being booked in to the Pinellas County Jail.

Hogan was involved in a one-car crash in August when he lost control of his Toyota Supra. That incident left his John Grazianoa a severe brain injuries and will likely require specialized care for the rest of his life.

He is real screwed.
