Jackson Five Reuniting For Tour In 2008

Michael Jackson is set to rejoin the Jackson Five for a world tour next year, according to his brother Jermaine.

While in the U.K. these past few days, Jermaine has told reporters: “We feel we have to do it one more time. We owe that to the fans and to the public.”

Jermaine was confident that Michael would be involved in the tour, saying, “He has to be. … He is a Jackson. He was at the meetings. Michael will be involved.” He also suggested that there might be some new songs to go along with the tour, saying the band is “in the studio at the moment.”

The group has not performed live together since the 1984 Victory tour, which took place in the wake of MJ’s mega-platinum solo album, Thriller. The band, which officially broke up in 1990, released a final album in 1989, 2300 Jackson Street, which only featured Michael on the title track.

He must be real broke.

Michael Jackson Is Back For Jesse Jackson’s Birthday Party

Michael Jackson was sighted at the Los Angeles International Airport with his kids on Wednesday. Rumored that he came back to save his Neverland Ranch from foreclosure.

Michael was at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Thursday evening to celebrate the 66th birthday of the Reverend Jesse Jackson. He led the crowd in a rendition of “Happy Birthday,” and commiserated with talk show host Larry King.

Official said that Michael has just more than two months to produce $23 million to save his Neverland Ranch from foreclosure after receiving a notice of default from the Santa Barbara Superior Court back in October giving him 90 days to make the payment.

Michael’s rep said he has never been in default, is negotiating financing and has no intentions on giving up his property.

Michael Jackson Lands on Ebony Cover

Ebony magazine landed a very rare interview with Michael Jackson for their December issue. In the landmark interview, Michael mentioned that he knew his reputation as a freak but just ignores it. The King of Pop is also rumored to be making a career comeback.

The magazine is expected to hit the stand on 12 November, Monday.
