Britney Wants Kids To Be Tested For Drugs

Britney Spears is now accusing Kevin Federline of exposing their children to marijuana!

“Britney believes Kevin’s been smoking pot in front of the kids,” says a friend of hers. “She says she can smell it in the boys’ hair and on their clothes when she has her visitation with them.”

Brit is determined to have Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, drug-tested to confirm her suspicions.

An insider says, “She’s asked the court-appointed monitor and her lawyers if they can prove the kids have been exposed to environments in which drugs have been taken.”

They told her she should snip off a few strands of their hair right after they’ve returned from Kevin’s place and have them analyzed in a lab.

Addiction expert, Marty Brenner confirms that testing for secondhand marijuana use can be done using just a lock of hair but the test must be done within a day or two after exposure. Secondhand smoke would definitely show up, and results usually come back in a couple of days.

If the kids were tested positive for drugs, K-Fed could lose custody.

K-Fed Knew About Jamie Lynn’s Pregnancy Before Britney

Apparently Kevin Federline found out about Jamie Lynn Spears‘ pregnancy before Britney Spears did!

Britney did not know about the big news until its splashed on the cover of the new issue of OK! magazine.

Somehow, K-Fed was warned in advance due to his close relationship with Lynne Spears, Jamie Lynn and the entire Spears family. Kevin has stronger ties with the Spears family probably due to their grandchildren, meanwhile Britney has been estranged from her mother and father.

“Kevin knew before Britney that Jamie Lynn is pregnant,” a Federline family insider tells the NY Post. “In fact, Britney’s mom Lynne, told Kevin about it on Monday, [December 17], because Lynne wanted Kevin to be prepared.”

The insider adds, “We’re waiting for the fallout from Britney. Kevin is sure Britney will flip out and blame her mom and dad.”

Wonder what will Britney do to retaliate. She wants back all the attention that Jamie Lynn has taken from her!

No Change in Kevin Federline Child Support

There’s strong rumors that Kevin Federline has requested his lawyer to request more money for child support from ex-wife Britney Spears, but K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan has issued a statement denying these rumors.

“Every two months, rumors have been raised in the media that Mr. Federline’s lawyers are about to go into court to get more money for child support,” Kaplan said in a statement released to TV’s Extra. “If Mr. Federline had wanted to increase child support, it would be very easy to achieve and would have been requested long before now. There has not been and is not now a request before the court for a modification of child support. Mr. Federline’s purpose in bringing this action continues to be one that is based upon the best interest of the children as his highest priority.”

The lawyers of the former couple are not expected to be back in the courtroom until after the new year.

Kevin Federline Needs More Money

Britney Spears is currently spitting out $15,000 a month for child support. That amount was calculated based on a 50/50 custody arrangement between Brit and husband, Kevin Federline while Britney is reportedly earning more than $700,000 a month. Yep thats freaking $700,000 for making a terrible album and flashing her crotch weekly, while most people had to work for years or life to earn that amount.

Daddy of the year now has primary custody, while wreckney only has visitation and one overnight weekly. We are pretty sure that K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan will make the pitch to the judge soon enough.

Since jobless daddy, K-Fed now has primary custody of their two kids, his expenses have increased and two weeks ago, he stopped getting spousal support which previously give a comfortable $20,000 a month. Under the prenuptial, spousal support went away on November 15.

Fedex must be jacking off for money right now.

Britney Gets Kids On Xmas

Kevin Federline is letting Britney Spears to have the kids on Christmas.

K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has worked out an arrangement on Monday with Britney’s attorney, Anne Kiley, to let the trainwreck have the kids on Christmas day.

They thought it will be fair to Britney since Federline spent Thanksgiving with the kids.

I doubt Britney will be doing jingle with her kids. She’d probably go shopping for more chandelier or get drunks with her fellow wreckmates instead while K-Fed will be partying with his pimps.

Kevin Federline Is Father Of The Year

Kevin Federline landed the cover for Details magazine, December issue and and was named one of the magazine’s “50 Most Influential Men Under 45″! No shit?

I’m sure K-Fed has been spreading his y’all pretty well but Top 50 Most Influential Men make me feel rather doubtful. In fact, he wasn’t only part of the Power 50 list but he was ranked #7 overall! They even gave him the cover page.

Technically, Britney Spears’ fedex-husband shares the spot with former Anna Nicole Smith lover Larry Birkhead – under the title “The Good Fathers”. We all expected Kevin Federline and Larry Birkhead to crash as fathers. Instead, by being more visible presences in their children’s lives than many Hollywood A-listers, they emerged as unlikely candidates for Dad of Year.

In the interview, he talked about how much he liked Hip-Hop, about his kids and his ummm acting career.

“To be a father is . . . everything,” says Federline, who was awarded sole custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James in October. “I mean, to me, it’s the best thing in my life.”

“I’d actually like to play somebody other than a bad guy or an ass,” he moans.

I doubt he will ever be on TV if the producers weren’t running short off faces for bad ass.

Britney Is Hiring Private Investigator

Britney Spears got really pissed after Kevin Federline’s attorney dug up her traffic offense and submitted them to the court. Britney is now hiring a private investigator to dig up some dirt on Kevin Federline as a revenge, but K-Fed’s attorney is not concerned at all.

Federline’s counsel, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told Us,
“I think that if that is what they need to do, or have to do, to have at it. I don’t think it will, in anyway, be a good expenditure of funds. But I can’t stop that from happening.

I don’t think he would be concerned about it, and I don’t think he has to change anything he is doing in order to address that.”

Meanwhile, Britney’s attorney revealed on Monday that Spears has decided to hire a driver to avoid any dangerous incidents with the paparazzi. (due to her dangerous driving).

Somehow, Kaplan said he hasn’t seen that Britney has hired a driver or read her attorney’s statement.

He told Us, “anything that puts the children in a car that reduces the risk … I am all for that. We are only concerned when she is driving the kids.”

As for K-Fed, Kaplan said his client is trying his best not to take his kids out in front of the paparazzi. “He’s pretty good about keeping the kids at home with him unless there is really a compelling reason why they need to be going somewhere,” he said.

Britney’s Kids Are Now Safer

Britney Spear’s kids are finally safer. Well not entire safe having such parents but safer i could say.

A Los Angeles court ordered today that Britney Spears is prohibited from driving her kids anywhere!

The move was made after the court hearing, which Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed’s lawyer, officially informed the judge that Brit blew a red light with her kiddies in the car last week.

To keep track of her long run, driving offenses.

• Driven with her kids on her lap
• Drove without a valid license for years
• Ran over a policeman after her court hearing
• Runs over multiple paparazzi foot
• Hit car and fled the scene without leaving notice
• Parked on a handicap parking
• Ran red light while sending text message with her kids in the car
