Dannii Dates Kris Smith

Dannii Minogue has confirmed that she’s dating Rugby League hunk Kris Smith.

The ‘X Factor’ judge revealed in her Closer magazine column, “Rumours are flying about my new-found interest in the Rugby League, and the papers say I’m dating an ex Leeds player…Hmm what can I tell you?”

“Well, I currently don’t know anything about the game, but there’s a good reason to start learning!”

Dannii added, “Let’s put it this way, Cupid had asked for his arrow back! I’m not one to reveal much about my love life, but I’m a happy girl.”

The two allegedly met in Ibiza, where they both were on vacation.

The Sun quoted a friend as saying, “He can’t believe his luck and has been showing off intimate photos of him and Dannii together on dates, one even shows her in a skimpy red bikini.”

The pal added, “Kris is a big lad who’s in great shape physically, but he’s just been bowled over by Dannii’s interest in him. He wants to make it work.”

X-Factor Drama

Dannii Minogue has claimed that Sharon Osbourne and Louis Welsh were purposely trying to make her feel uncomfortable when she started judging on X-Factor.

Talking about the first series on the programme the singer told Thomas Cook travel magazine, “Sharon and Louis made it very clear they didn’t think I should be there. By the end of the series, Sharon made it public she didn’t like me.”

“I still don’t know what I did to deserve that kind of treatment. It was very hard because I… had so much new stuff to learn. I was three years behind everyone else and it was interesting that they kind of went out of their way to make it as difficult for me as possible.”

She added, “There’s nothing Sharon can say that will make me feel angry or bad. I couldn’t live my life the way she lives her life. I’m just happy for her to get on with it and I’ll stay out the way. ”

“All of her comments and behaviour say so much about her, and nothing about me. I know who I am and what I do, and how I conduct myself, and I’m secure in that.”

Dannii Almost Anorexic Because Of Media

Dannii Minogue has reveled that back in the days when she stared on ‘Home and Away’ media’s pressure was so strong that it almost pushed her towards anorexia.

The x-Factor judge admitted that tabloids called her overweight and it made her feel awful.

She told Thomas Cook Travel Magazine, “I got a lot of stick from the UK press, saying I was fat. I look back on pictures and I was certainly bigger than I am now, but I felt good about myself, so I found it a bit weird that other people had a problem with it.”

Dannii added that a memory helped her to stop, “A friend at school had anorexia, was in hospital and almost died. Seeing that made me think, ‘I don’t want that to happen to me’.”
