Carrie Underwood and Chace Crawford Breakup Over Text

Carrie Underwood reveals to extra that she and her Gossip Girl ex-boyfriend Chace Crawford broke up over text.

Underwood told Extra at the taping of Idol Gives Back that “It was completely mutual” and added, “We broke up over text so … it’s like ‘peace out.’ ”

“It just didn’t work,” she said. “We both knew it didn’t work and [had] no hard feelings at all whatsoever.”

Underwood reveals that her high profile relationship was made harder by fame. “It’s difficult while you’re dating because people always make a lot bigger deal of things than they actually are,” she tells Extra. “Then when you break up with somebody and then like two months later it comes out and it’s like you’re rehashing old stuff. I don’t know what that’s all out now.”

Carrie somehow mentioned that she has no negative feelings on Chace after breaking up.

“I don’t dislike him, so it’s no big deal.”

However Crawford’s sister Candice told People magazine past week that “He was upset about the breakup” suggesting that the split was harder on Crawford. “It’s always hard when you lose a relationship.”

Underwood, Pickler And Swift Cheering For Hockey Game

The country music darlings Carrie Underwood, Kellie Pickler and Taylor Swift was spotted at a NHL game past Thursday. The trio were cheering for the Nashville Predators as they defeated the Columbus Blue Jackets on Thursday at Sommet Center in Nashville.

These girls are on for Hockey man!

American Idols Won Big At American Music Awards

Both the former American Idols contestant, Chris Daughtry and Carrie Underwood both won big at American Music Awards (AMA) on Sunday. Each of them brought home 3 awards. Daughtry claimed themselves, Breakthrough Artist, Adult Contemporary Artist and Best Pop/Rock Album.

Carrie Underwood claimed Country Female Artist, Favorite Artist and Country Album honors. It is an amazing achievement for Underwood as she did won big at the recent CMA Awards.

Grats to Daughtry and Carrie Underwood!

You don’t have to win the American Idol to win big at AMA!

Carrie & Chace Together Again

Carrie Underwood seem to have forgiven her boyfriend, Chace Crawford, a week after Chace was spotted getting frisky Katrina Bowden at the Angel Ball. I guess everything is back okay between both of them.
The pair was spotted meeting up for their first date in a couple of weeks to walk Carrie’s dog in NYC on Sunday night.

Carrie Underwood Won Double at CMA Awards

Carrie Underwood the American Idol hottie earned herself two awards at the 2007 Country Music Association (CMA) Awards.

Carrie which was predicted to win big at the CMA Awards this year, won the first award of the night, “Single of the Year” award for her popular hits “Before He Cheats”.

She then presented for the award “Female Vocalist of the Year” and eventually read her own name as the winner for that award.

She truly deserved it.

Chace & Carrie for the Breakup?

Carrie Underwood may have predicted her relationship with Chace when she wrote the song Before He Cheats. The country sweetheart’s new boyfriend, Gossip Girls star Chace Crawford was seen getting frisky with another blonde this week.

Chace who attended the Angel Ball without Underwood was later spotted with 30 Rock slut Katrina Bowden at the Angel Ball.

People magazine reported that, “Crawford was spotted dancing with his arms wrapped around her”.

A source tells People “He’s been texting [Katrina]. He told her that he’s not dating Carrie.”

A Crawford pall says that it was the 30 Rock actress who initiated the flirting. “Katrina’s been obsessing about Chace ever since she saw him shooting Gossip Girl [which films near 30 Rock.”

Chace has got some explaining to do.
