“I’ve been burned by politicians before that I wanted to believe in and just didn’t live up to it. And I was afraid to trust him and I was afraid to have hope when I first kind of became aware of him.”
The ‘Get Smart’ star admitted that her oppinion of the presidendial canditate changed around the time that he gave his speech on race.
She added, “I just said, ‘I can’t deny how I feel about you, Barack Obama. I want you to be the president. I want you in the White House.”

Obama’s Kids Don’t Like Spears and Hilton
Barack Obama has said his children “are very down” on Britney Spears and Paris Hilton.
The Democrat presidential candidate claimed that his daughters Malia, 10, and Sasha, 7, are not impressed by sexualised young female celebrities.
“Malia and Sasha are very down on Britney Spears and Paris Hilton,” he told Marie Clare
“Malia is the first one to change [the channel] if something suddenly comes on that she thinks is inappropriate.”
Obama said his children are more keen on Disney Channel star Miley Cyrus.
“[Malia] is a big fan of Hannah Montana,” he commented. “And when Miley Cyrus had that picture in Vanity Fair [holding a sheet to her chest], she just offered this very sensible opinion.
“She said, ‘Well, she seems like a good person. Her family seems to love her. Everybody makes mistakes, so I hope that people won’t judge her for just this one picture’.”

Hilary,Obama Supports The Strike
Both the democrats hopeful, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama is working on an unusual way to win votes. This time around they are both sending a message of support for the recent Writers Guild strike.

“I stand with the writers. The Guild’s demand is a test of whether media corporations are going to give writers a fair share of the wealth their work creates or continue concentrating profits in the hands of their executives. I urge the producers to work with the writers so that everyone can get back to work.”
- Barack Obama

“I support the Writers Guild’s pursuit of a fair contract that pays them for their work in all mediums. I hope the producers and writers will return to the bargaining table to work out an equitable contract that keeps our entertainment industry strong and recognizes the contributions writers make to the success of the industry.”
- Hillary Clinton
The last thing we need now for the strike to last any longer. Its going to get ugly if any shows will be canceled and people losing their jobs.
