Pitt & Aniston Phone Conversation After John Mayer Split

In a clandestine phone call placed last week, Brad Pitt counseled ex-wife Jennifer Aniston through her recent split with rocker John Mayer, stated Popcrunch

Unbeknowest to partner Angelina Jolie, the exes reconnected during a tender heart-to-heart that occured when Jen called her former mother-in-law, Jane Pitt, at Château Miraval, where she’s staying with Brad and Angelina Jolie. Jennifer tried venting to Jane about her painful split with Mayer, but the elder Mrs. Pitt thought the former Friends star would gain more solace from speaking with Brad.

“Jen still calls Jane all the time, and she really needed someone to talk to,” an insider tells Star Magazine. “And she started telling Jane about her split with John.”

When Brad walked into the room as Jane was consoling Jen, she simply handed the phone to him.

“At first, he didn’t know what to say,” says the insider. “But he listened very intently and tried to comfort her. He was very patient and attentive.”

Ellen DeGeneres To Wed This Weekend

Chatshow host Ellen DeGeneres will marry actress Portia de Rossi this weekend, say reports.

According to Us Weekly, the pair are holding an intimate ceremony in California. Only close friends and family have been invited.

DeGeneres announced that she would be getting married while filming her US TV show. She revealed the news shortly after California’s Supreme Court ruled that same sex couples have the right to marry.

“It’s something that we’ve wanted to do and we want it to be legal and we are very, very excited,” said the 50-year-old.

It was rumored, that Ellen asked Oprah to officiate the ceremony.

“Oprah is definitely invited to the wedding, but Ellen wants her to play a bigger role,” the tabloid insider squeals. “Ellen wants her to be the minister.”

Ellen and Portia began dating in December 2004.

Anderson Dating Abu Dhabi Royal?

It’s been rumored that Pamela Anderson has been secretly dating a member of the Abu Dhabi royal family.

According to E! the former Playboy model calls her new lover Milk-Shiek.

Witnesses say that they spotted them in a gay bar in West Hollywood last weekend.

“He’s very handsome,” commented a witness.

Anderson is thought to have met Milk-Shiek while visiting Abu Dhabi on a charity visit in June.

According to WENN Scrubs star Zach Braff has reunited with former flame Shiri Appleby, nine months after they split.

The pair, which ended its brief fling last November, was spotted cuddling up at a California restaurant on 26 July.

And pals confirm they are dating again.

A friend tells America’s Star magazine, “Zach and Shiri have insane chemistry. When they broke up it was because Shiri wanted something more serious and Zach wasn’t ready.”

But he’s working hard to win the 29-year-old Roswell actress back: “Shiri still has her doubts, but neither of them can call it quits.”

Heigl: Marriage is Wonderful

Katherine Heigl has claimed that being married with hubby Josh Kelley is amazing.

The ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star revealed that she couldn’t imagine life without the musician and wanted to tie the knot as soon as possible.

She told Now magazine, “‘I started talking about marriage about 9 months into our relationship. I knew early on how much I adored him and I couldn’t imagine life without him.”

“Marriage and family is important to me. I wanted to move forward, so I asked about marriage. I forced his hand!”

Talking about being married, the actress says, “It’s been really wonderful. There’s a steadiness to our relationship that wasn’t there before.”

“I feel like I can just be me with Josh. I don’t have to worry about impressing him, I don’t have to worry about pleasing him all the time. It’s a very comfortable relationship.”

Katherine and Josh got married on 23 December last year.

Mariah Carey is happily married with Nick Cannon and claims that she’s happier than ever.

The pop-star told MTV News, “It’s good. Life is beautiful, and things are going well.”

Carey and Cannon wed in April and the ‘Touch My Body’ singer claims that since then she has heard people say that their marriage is rocky. She says, “I’m like, ‘Why would we have gotten married?’ People are going to say what they say, but what would be the purpose? I guess other people do those things for a purpose, but I don’t know.”

Mariah added, “I’m ecstatic, so be ecstatic with me!” she adds. “Be happy with me. Can we celebrate?”
