Restraining Order Against Osama Lutfi

The courts released the restraining order against Britney Spears‘ “manager” Osama Lutfi. According to the court papers, the Spears family alleges that Lutfi drugged Britney, took over her life and finances and controlled the paparazzi who pursued her for months.

In her declaration, Britney’s mom, Lynne Spears, says that her daughter met Lutfi in October 2007 and “Mr. Lutfi has essentially moved into Britney’s home and has purported to take control of her life, home and finances.”

Lynne said “Mr. Lutfi drugged Britney, he has cut Britney’s home phone lines and removed her cell phone chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything—Britney’s business manager, her attorneys and the security guards at the gate.”

Lynne further claims that “Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids.”

“He then told me, ‘I’m the one who spends 24/7 with your daughter. I sleep in cars outside her house so she can’t leave.’ Sam then said, ‘You people throw everyone under the bus. If you don’t listen to me, I’m going to make your name shit in the papers.’

Lynne added that Lutfi “told me that if he weren’t in the house to give Britney her medicine, she would kill herself. Then he said to me, ‘If you try to get rid of me, she’ll be dead and I’ll piss on her grave.”

Hogan Divorce Got Ugly

Hulk Hogan (real name, Terry Bollea) and his wife Linda Bollea divorce have just got uglier.

The soon to be former pair have been going through divorce proceedings since November.

Just this week, Linda requested a local judge to freeze all of Hulk’s account to stop him from spending any of the $10 million he received in the sale of one of their homes.

Linda is accusing the former wrestling star of trying to trick her into signing a post-nuptial agreement and other “legal shenanigans.”

As a result, Linda Bollea reportedly removed $1.5 million from the couple’s accounts, although she said she has not spent it. Linda Bollea’s petition for divorce in Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Court seeks half of the couple’s assets. They were married in 1985.

Amy Winehouse Under Investigation

British authorities has started an investigation against Amy Winehouse on Wednesday after a video of Amy allegedly smoking crack was leaked on the internet.

The authorities are looking at the video and decide whether to pursue criminal charges against her.

By looking at how many times Amy’s pal, Pete Doherty got away from drug charges, i thought drugs were legal in U.K.

Denise and Charlie in Court For Reality Dispute

Charlie Sheen arrived at the Los Angeles courthouse with his attorney while ex-wife, Denise Richards‘ legal team participated by phone on Tuesday for an ongoing custody dispute.

The jobless actress was said to have needed their’s daughters appearance on her reality TV show project or the show would no go on.

Due to ground rules in their ongoing custody dispute, Denise needed to have Charlie’s permission for their’s daughters appearance in the reality TV show project, but the Two and a Half Men star felt that Denise will definitely be exploiting their kids for money, where their disagreements led to a court dispute.

Despite Charlie’s objections, the judge granted Denise permission to include the couple’s two daughters, Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, to appear in her upcoming reality show but the children’s involvement will be limited.

Charlie should be awarded daddy of the year, alongside Kevin Federline for their ongoing legal effort in maintaining their child’s well being.

Britney Misses Hearing, Visitation Rights Still Suspended

Britney Spears’s child visitation rights is still suspended after missing the custody hearing on Monday.

A court spokesman says, Kevin Federline who were present at the session and testied will indefinitely maintain sole legal and physical custody of their two son Sean Preston 2, and Jayden James 1.

Spears did arrived at the court session but abruptly left the place after paparazzi surrounded her outside the courthouse.

Britney says, “I’m scared. I want to get in the car. I’m going in the car,” after taking a few steps away from her car as photographers crowded around her.

Spears then got back into the car. Police tried to coax her out, but she slammed her back against the seat and shouted, “No!” Spears’s car eventually drove off.

The next court hearing is scheduled on February 19th. Till then Britney won’t be seeing either one of her kids.

We’re glad Britney will be kept away from the kids for at least another month for their safety. What about you?

Michelle Rodriguez Released From Jail

Michelle Rodriguez was released from jail past Wednesday night, last week, after serving just 18 days of her 180 days sentence.

The ABC’s TV series, Lost fame began serving at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood on December 23, 2007. She was released early under a program that deals with jail overcrowding. The program allows nonviolent female inmates to serve as little as 10 percent of their sentence.

The judge who sentenced Rodriguez ordered that she serve the entire sentence. The judge was consulted about the early release but the Sheriff’s Department had the final say when jail safety was involved.

“The sheriff supports, obviously, the desire to have inmates serve their full sentence,” but the county has only one women’s jail and it is “bursting at the seams,” Whitmore said.

Don’t Lynwood detention facility sound familiar to you? Thats the very same jail Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan all serve their sentence. Nicole and Lindsay both got an early release after serving for only 80 minutes and 84 minutes.

Coincidence? Why are all the celebrities checking into that very same jail? Theres a ‘90% discount’ lottery, who wouldn’t be there!

Restraining Order Against Britney Spears

LAPD have issued a temporary restraining order against Britney Spears after her custody standoff earlier.

The “emergency protective order,” is enforced for five business days.

Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan said he did not request for the restraining order. He confirms, officers did it to “stabilize the situation”.

Kaplan added that, “Kevin doesn’t want to keep his kids from being involved in [Spears’s] life. But foremost is that the kids be in an environment of structure [and] stability. The next goal is to get things to a point where both parents are able to participate fully in their [children’s] lives.”

Britney would have to stay at least 100 feet away from Federline or face arrest.

Jessica Sierra Sentenced

Jessica Sierra who were initially looking at a possible long jail-term was given a break from a judge in Florida today.

The pregnant American Idol alum and sex tape star was sentenced to three years probation and forced to do one year in rehab.

We say this is a giveaway considering that she could be sentenced up to 11 years and 60 days jail-term for violating her probation for getting into a fight at a bar in December, last year.
