Kelly: ‘I will Never Work With Cowell’

Kelly Osbourne has claimed that she will never work with Simon Cowell on a TV show.

The daughter of rocker Ozzy said Cowell is too big-headed and insisted that she would not be following in her mother’s footsteps by appearing on The X Factor.

She told Virgin Radio: “I don’t know how he gets his head through the holes in his T-shirts because they’re really tight.

“You don’t have enough money in this world to pay me to work with Simon Cowell.”

However, Osbourne said she will still watch the ITV reality show because of Cheryl Cole’s new role as judge.

She said: “Seriously, I’m the biggest Girls Aloud fan. That’s the only reason why I’d ever watch it again.”

Charlie and Denise’s War Won’t Be Ending Soon

The battle between Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife Denise Richards won’t be ending anytime soon and leaving no one other than their daughter to suffer. The pair are getting crazier by days and we’re loving every bit of it!

Richards tells the NY Post that Sheen obsessively sends her rage-filled text message. She explains:

“Last week, I sent Charlie a text message asking him if he’s going to Family Day [for daughter Sam’s school] and letting him know Sam was sick with a cold. His response was, ‘I hope you and your worthless retarded father get cancer and join your stupid mom. Rot in hell you [bleeping] whore.’ My mom died of cancer. This is what I deal with on a weekly basis. He missed Dad’s day at the school and my father had to go in his place. And this is how he talks to me?”

And, of course, Richards, yet again, asserts that the e-mails sent to Charlie’s fiance, Brooke Mueller, were fakes. Denise says, “I don’t want Charlie’s prostitute-tranny-infested sperm. I have two beautiful kids. We’ll leave it at that. I am so over him. He’s the one who can’t move on. He’s disgusting and he’s hit an all-time low.”

Charlie obviously fired back to to Denise’s statement.

Sheen’s rep fires back, saying, “Denise seems to be denying the existence of [the] e-mail. This goes beyond a he-said-she-said. We have an offer from a [live] TV show. They will bring a computer expert to diagnose the e-mail and to verify it was sent by her e-mail address and to verify it was neither altered nor edited. Computer DNA - it is conclusive.”

Lauren Had Spencer & Heidi Banned From Hills Finale Party

Lauren Conrad had Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt banned from The Hills LIVE finale party in Beverly Hills on Monday night. However, the playmate-wannabe, Audrina Partridge and low profile, Whitney Port did somewhat made it to the live season finale party!

A source reveals that “MTV caved in to Lauren’s demands and they didn’t let Spencer and Heidi in to the party because Lauren threatened to walk off. She didn’t want any of the attention taken away from her.”

Usher were also present at the party to heat up the crowd and performed his latest hits “Love In This Club” with Young Jeezy.

We thought it’s a great move by Lauren! We will support anything that prevents the double fake (Heidi & Spencer) from making any public appearance faces.

Michael Lohan Criticizes Dina’s Top Mom Award

Lindsay Lohan’s dad Michael Lohan couldn’t help himself but to criticizes ex-wife Dina Lohan on the “Top Mom” awards she recently received.

Michael says, “Are you kidding! Top celebrity mom? Look at her off-screen antics, her lack of morals and how she conducts herself. I guess they forgot to mention how this top super-mom leaves her kids alone at night and even parties in their presence. Just wait until we go back to court.”

He continued, “She comes stumbling out of Butter at 3:15 a.m. with bloodshot eyes and a red runny nose, yelling ‘Oh, [bleep],’ when she saw the paparazzi.”

According to Michael, Dina was supposed to attend their weekly family therapy appointment this week but she didn’t show up just so she can make it to the award ceremony.

We wouldn’t blame Dina for that because that’s probably the only award she’ll ever receive, unlike her daughter Lindsay who have won several Razzies.

Dina responded to Michael’s statement and says, “He’s a loose cannon. We speak to a therapist once a week and I’m not required to be there. My kids want me there, so I go. Obviously with our [TV] show and the event, [daughter] Ali and I rescheduled. I’ve allowed him visitation once a week, so I don’t understand why he’s doing this. He’s jealous that I got the award. He even called the organizers and tried to talk them out of giving it to me.”

Dina suggests that Michael is using the media to communicate with her considering that she has a restraining order against him until 2011.

She adds, “He’s using the media to talk to me. I’m getting nervous. Lindsay came to town two weeks ago and wanted security guys there in case he showed up. His parole officer needs to see what he’s doing and realize that he cannot address me directly or indirectly. He wears a tracking device and they’ll know if he comes anywhere near me. He’s on a mission to destroy me.”

Can you imagine how boring will gossip be without dramas from the Lohans family?

Lauren Conrad Sex Tape Exist?

Spencer Pratt told Tyra Banks that he is 100% sure that Lauren Conrad sex tape did exist on Tuesday’s episode of The Tyra Banks Show.

“I know for 100% fact it did exist – 1000%!” he declares.

When Tyra asked if Pratt had actually seen it, Pratt state that he would take a lie detector test if necessary.

“I would never watch that!” Pratt says. “I would rather throw up… but I know for a fact, and I would take a lie detector test.”

Heidi Montag who was also on the show also claims the tape was “not a rumor.” Montag added, “from what I have heard from confirmed sources… her ex-boyfriend was going around trying to sell it.”

Tyra began questioning about their credibility and if she hadn’t seen the tape, how could she be so sure it existed.

“Well, I mean, I am not sure she has it anymore… but from what I’ve heard…”

Montag adds, “I am not really allowed to elaborate.”

Ohhh dayum….her scripted lies probably doesn’t include that part.

Conrad’s ex-boy/alleged sex tape star Jason Wahler called Ryan Seacrest’s radio show on Wednesday to set the record straight.

Wahler told Seacrest “There is no tape, that’s the most frustrating thing. They’re such lowlifes, they have nothing better to do. I was in rehab when I found out. It was just another frustrating thing. I couldn’t have a say—I was on lockdown.”

SugarDVD an online adult DVD rentals company reportedly offered $500,000 for the sex tape due to Jason Wahler’s recent Seattle arrest but retracted their offer.

Lindsay Lohan Wants Dad To Shut Up

Lindsay Lohan didn’t like her ex-convicts father, Michael Lohan’s “PR effort” and the talkings that he made to the media.

She recently released the following statement to Access Hollywood to slams on her dad’s action.

“What I have to say about my father is, I just wish that he wouldn’t go and talk to the media. It’s not attractive to me, it really upsets me and I wish he would stop. I think people make things up enough and to bring attention to something that’s not really going on is unnecessary…I have tried to reach out, but I can only help so much…I love my father, I just don’t know why he’s doing what he’s doing. It’s a weird situation, very odd.”

Hilary Duff Allure Magazine May 2008

Hilary Duff is featured on the cover of Allure magazine’s upcoming May 2008 issue.

Here is an excerpt from Allure’s attempt to dig into the history of Duff’s relationship back to 7-years ago. The interview also include Hilary’s comments about other stars but just a little something about her.

On Lindsay Lohan: “Supposedly, I stole Lindsay Lohan’s boyfriend [Aaron Carter.] We were, like, 13! And I’ve never stolen anyone’s boyfriend! I don’t know how you do that! . . . She was talking about it and I wasn’t. It made us both look bad and put up a big weirdness. Really she was just a girl my age. We are fine now, by the way.”

On being with 24-year-old Joel Madden when she was 15: “He was never nervous, like, ‘I could get arrested,’” she says. But does admit, “It looked bad.”

On Avril Lavigne: “I said something about how she didn’t like her fans dressing like her, and how she should appreciate that because it’s a compliment. She called me a goody-goody [Lavigne called Duff a ‘mommy’s girl’ in Newsweek] Everyone is trying to prove who they are, and their position. So, I’m ‘the good girl.’ She’s ‘the bad girl’ or ‘the party girl.’ Sarah Jessica Parker doesn’t take her clothes off, but she’s not a ‘good girl.’ [Adult actors] don’t get tagged like we do.”

On Miley Cyrus: “We don’t have each other’s phone numbers. But when she meets me, she’s excited. It’s cute – I see a lot of myself in her.”

On Sarah Jessica Parker: “Sarah Jessica Parker doesn’t take her clothes off, but she’s not a ‘good girl.’ [Adult actors] don’t get tagged like we do.”

On being normal: “I’m not a perfect, prude girl. I like to do normal things that 20 year-olds do.”

Duff want us to know that she’s growing up regardless of what we think of her.

On pleasing her younger fans: “I don’t want to restrict myself from doing things that stimulate me just to make them happy . . . if they continue liking me, that’s cool, but I don’t want to cater to them. I’m not 13, 14, or 15 anymore.

Hilary Duff’s upcoming movie War, Inc. known for her wild scorpion scene will definitely change the fans’ impression of her.

Paris Hilton Apologizes to Kim Kardashian After Radio Remark

Paris Hilton apologized to her former BFF Kim Kardashian after trashing Kim on a Las Vegas Live radio show.

“I would not want that (Kim’s ass), it’s gross! It reminds me of cottage cheese inside a big trash bag.”

Paris then issued an apology to Kim for the remarks she made.

Hilton tells In Touch, “I was just joking around and I made a stupid joke. I felt really bad afterward, so I contacted Kim and apologized. It was a silly thing to say. Kim’s hot!”

Kim later accepted the apology and told In Touch, “Paris and I have been friends since we were kids and I’m glad she made the effort to say she’s sorry.”

This is totally why celebrities are interesting! Don’t you agree?
