Bernie Mac Death Tributes
Bernie’s friends and co-workers paid respects to the actor, saying:
George Clooney : “The world just got a little less funny. He will be missed dearly.”
Brad Pitt, who starred with him in the crime caper trilogy ‘Ocean’s Eleven’, added: “I lament the loss of a ferociously funny and hardcore family man. My thoughts are with Bernie’s wife Rhonda and their family. Bernie Mac, you are already missed.”
Samuel L. Jackson, who can be seen in comedy film ‘Soul Men’ with Mac this autumn, said he was “honoured” to have acted alongside the comedian.
He said: “It goes without saying that Bernie was one of the pre-eminent comedians of our generation. He was also an attentive husband, a great father and loving grandfather. I feel blessed to have shared years of friendship with Bernie Mac, and I’m honoured to have finally co-starred with him in what I consider to be his finest cinematic acting achievement.
“My sincere prayer is that his family will be comforted by the warmth of love from all of us who knew and respected this man.”

Bernie Mac was, to me, the funniest comedian to-date. He had so much class and respected his audiences very much. He didn’t appear to be selfish in that he was willing to share the stage with anyone. He was a very blessed man and his wife was blessed to have him as her husband. My thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Mac’s family. My you rest in peace — all of your pain and suffering is gone!
I am very sad that Bernie Mac has left us. He will be missed.

im was so said when heard he had die my grandma love him my mom also loved him he was so funny. i rember him as being very happy going never said moment always kept you smile when he went on tour that year with kings of comdey that was the best work i can say because everything he said was funny i love the joke were he be like the boy said i want some milk and cookies it was the way he had said like if a anybody else had said it wouldn’t been as funny he would joke about things that were so true its like u you couldn’t help but laugh. we will miss mac you were the best keep smileing for us and will keep our heads up for you. much love you 2 the mac familly
I was truly sorry to hear about Bernie Mac passing I was on vacation when I heard and couldn’t believe it . I watched almost everything he was in and truly enjoyed his comedy. He will be missed so much. R.I.P. friend
he was one of my favorite comedian, it is so sad that he died. i will miss him and whenever i watch his shows i will always remember him.

My Family and I cannot help but feel a great loss. We are all big fans, from my 31 year old husband, to our 9 and 8 year old kids. Bernie was our favorite comedian /actor. We have been fans for years. Our prayers go out to his family. He is now resting in a better place, making people laugh .. Bernie you will be greatly missed.

After a celebrity passes, people come out of the closet with ugly and envy. Please do not do this to Bernie Mac. If you didn’t say it when he was alive, give his family peace and keep it to yourself.
